Who we are
VTS Healthcare (Valhalla Training Systems) provides osteopathic treatment, injury rehabilitation and performance coaching in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your injury, training or goals.
We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment, and provide care. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is performing and to improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Health information
Information you share about an injury or health condition is sensitive information under Australian privacy law. We collect it only with your consent, use it only to provide care, and store it in line with our obligations as a registered health practice.
Clinical records created during treatment are held separately from this website and are subject to health records legislation, which generally requires them to be retained for a set period.
Who else is involved
Our enquiry form is delivered by Fillout, and online bookings are handled by Cliniko. Website hosting is provided by Vercel and site analytics by Google Analytics. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We disclose your information to others only where you have consented, or where we are required or permitted to by law.
Keeping it secure
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Contact us through the enquiry form on this site and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
